Hey all
Just wanted to say that i purchased ootp 9 after trying the demo. It has been rock solid in stability compared to the old version, which i was very upset with. the game is great for a baseball junkie or sport sim enthusiast. With a ton of add ons to download in addition to the game there is a lot here to like. My only gripe is the in game sim. it could do with a bit better interface and more options for pitches to throw and graphics. love it though so far.

After playing this more i still say it has the basis to be a great game.but there are real issues with the in game play. Scouting is terrible. I have thrown huge amounts of money into scouting only to see players that are highly rated drop massive amounts of talent in a year. and this isnt a few guys,pretty much every player i sign or draft drops off signifiantly. also players stats like speed of pitch drop. example rich harden drops to throwing 82 mph in one year, that is nutz! anyways that all.
