I recently was given a legit copy of Adobe Flash Pro CS3 for a project I was working on. The project required me to produce a specific effect, and I found just the template to work from. I started with the page flipping script found on pageflip.hu and things went well. I was able to make whatever changes I needed, and export as a SWF file as expected.
However, today, for no reason that I can tell, my Flash on my PC just started crashing. I was able to nail it down to a few key points.
1) The file is not corrupted. This was my first suspicion, but the original file re-downloaded from the site crashes in the same manner.
2) The crashes occur on launch if the actionscript box is inside the main window, but NOT if I have it as it's own hovering toolbar.
3) If the actionscript box is not already floating on launch, opening it in any way crashes the program.
4) If I can launch the app by floating the actionscript window, then crashes occur when I try to export, publish the site.
5) The problem is localized to my computer, as I was able to publish the file without a problem on a different computer.
I'm running Flash 9.0.2, and Windows XP SP3.
I'm on a timeline, and I'd really like to avoid doing a reinstall of Windows to fix this.

[Edit: For the sake of being specific. When I export, a file is created of 26 bytes, then Flash crashes.]
