I thought it was "Pro-vitamin B5"? That's worth another 20%. None of these amateur vitamins. Or am I thinking of pro-retinol A? Shampoo and face creams are remarkably complicated.

I'm actually TOO good at both TMFPPG and Fable:TLC.

This is probably a long shot, but keeping my fingers crossed. On my old G4 I used to have a game that allowed you to produce and market your own movie. Basically this focused on managing a budget, but included the ability to pick actors and a director. The end goal was to get your movie to rank in amongst the other top ten well known, best selling movies. The game used no images, relying only on text, but was still very well done and surprisingly fun to play. I cannot remember whether the game was built for OS9 or OSX. If anybody has any info or even recommendations on new similar games, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure that the game you are thinking of is called Sim Cinema Deluxe written by Shannon Schroeder.
It's pretty old and the website and designer's email seem to be inactive.  But I found a link to the demo here:
http://hyperarchive....mcinemad-25.hqx

It was a great game, but I think it only works on Mac PPCs running OS 9 (and maybe earlier).

Is it called the Walk of Fame? I just got lucky on a search. I loved the game you are talking about and this one seems very very very close to it. ITs updated but still the same i think

I believe you might be referring to  a game called "Walk of Fame."  I have it on my mac and play it sometimes, and it has all the things you're referring to.  Hope this helps~!

Jude

Jude you got it! I've been looking for this game for years and this forum was so perfect that I made an account just to reply. I still have to get an emulator going to try it out but thank you! And thank you for an actual link! You are the savior.

During my search I think I found a game made in 2013 that seems almost exactly like an updated version called Showtime! and it's available on Steam.

Also I think it's amazing that the game is created by a Schroeder since that's my last name.

Jude! There's a name I haven't seen in a long time. Just had Auron show up too. They're crawling out of the woodwork.
Kestrel (Falcon NW Tiki) – 4.0 GHz i7 4790K / 16GB RAM / 512GB Samsung 950 Pro M.2, 2x480GB Intel 730 (RAID0), 10TB STX BarraCuda Pro / GeForce GTX TITAN X 12GB
Iridium (MacBook Pro Mid-2012) – 2.7 GHz i7 3820QM / 16GB RAM / 2TB Samsung 850 Pro / GeForce GT 650M 1GB

Eric5h5:
When there's a multiplayer version, I'm going to be on Frost's team. Well, except he doesn't seem to actually need a team...I mean, what's the point? "Hey look, it's Frost and His Merry Gang of Useless Hangers-On!" Or something.

Given the eight year gap between the Jude's answer to the query and the OP's response, and the fact that Jude responded again the very next day, I think there's an interesting story to tell here.

Not the sort of story you'd find at an airport in a book with shiny gold letters on the cover, but a story nonetheless.
You must gather your party before venturing forth.
