For weeks I've been seeing those same numbers every time I come to IMG. Is the update mechanism broken?

No, Bernie's right...47/22/133. Apparently the site is stuck; someone want to give it a good kick? The bar's only there on the main site, not the forums.

Yeah, it's kind of like a skeleton: you don't normally see it, but if it weren't there, the rest would collapse into a soft mushy puddle on the floor.

I don't know what happened, but if it were my guess I would say it's because the site was moved to a different server. It screwed up some other stuff too.

These numbers are the coefficients in the equation governing Mac gaming. The solution to the equation invariably shows that Mac Gaming is Dying™. If we were able to change just one of the numbers, we would be able to reinvigorate Mac gaming, but all of our efforts to do so have so far failed.

I know what you mean. I keep hopping onto the forums, but the numbers never change. It is like I don't exist (or am simply meaningless).

Does anybody else see these numbers now? The smell from the sardine pizza is making me woozy, and I'm not sure what is real any more. Do I still owe you five bucks?

Yep. I'm starting to suspect that these numbers are just made up, and Tuncer changes them manually every once in a while.
