Does anyone else out there have this game? (The Count of Monte Cristo) I have it and find that it's full of bugs. It's really only slightly annoying that they use old terminology and objects like awls and sickles and hanks (know what a hank is?) . It's only slightly more annoying that they misspell some hidden objects - there is quite a difference between a bell and a ball, for example.
But what really ticks me off is the "diamonds" game that I can neither solve, nor skip; and that wouldn't be so bad, but I also can't quit the game in between boards of this sub-game, to take a rest and come back later! Arrgghhh.
Is there some way I can contact the company that created this game to see if they intend to fix it? I realize it's only a digital download, but it should at least work right shouldn't it?

Maybe. Does any of this take place around sailing ships? A hank is a metal ring used to attach sails.

Yes, some does. According to the game, a hank is a roll of rope...
Anyway, is there some way I can contact the writers of this software. I can't get this game to finish - it seems to be full of bugs.

Any help there??

I'd go to the MacGameStore and write a Shopper Review. Then it's always an option to do a search for the developer. For example my search turned up the Hidden Object Contact Page.

Give them a shout.
