After the installation, I get an error message if I try to start the game. It says that my resolution and color settings are wrong. It wants me to change it to 640x480 16bit color. And that's the Problem: The lowest setting I can choose is 640x480 24bit.

Any suggestions?

Yeah, get a different computer. The MacBook Air uses a integrated video card, meaning it has to share the system RAM when doing anything graphically intensive.

Oh, and welcome to the forums. :D
