So, I just bought "Enemy Territory Quake Wars" the Collectors Edition (windows version) at a local store new for $19.99. I haven't read anything about this yet, but I like Quake 4 and I like Enemy Territory so I figured I couldn't go wrong.

I'll install it this weekend when I have some free time.

Anyone else played this yet? What do you think?

Thanks!!

Douglas

I love it. I played it for a week, then havent played it again, but it really is great. (I just played on day, nonstop, and sortof never played again. But thats me and multiplayer games, not me and *this* game in particular, it really is great)

I like the open ended approach to many objectives. and everyone has something to do. whui.

i quite enjoyed the public beta that i had a go with and was quite impressed with various things about it. But its thunder has been stolen for me by other games that came out in the last few months, combined with not really having money to spend on trivial things like games (it goes on important things like alcohol :P), means that I probably wont get it when its released on mac... though i might pick up the bargain price PC version at some point...
Polytetrafluoroethylene to my friends.

Macbook Pro - C2D 2.4Ghz / 4Gb RAM / WD Scorpio Black 320GB ( 255GB OSX v 42GB XP ) / Geforce 8600M GT 256Mb / 15.4"
Cube - G4 1.7Ghz 7448 / 1.5Gb RAM / Samsung Spinpoint 250GB / Geforce 6200 256Mb

We won! Apple offer the 17" with a matte screen! Well... at a price...

Yes, but you underestimate the positive effect that mixing games with your alcohol will have!
