Problems:
Alias Underground - quits on launch - Error message in console say incorrect version of Java.
Aliens versus Predator 2 - black screen after splash screens - had to force quit
Big Bang Chess - fails to launch
BloodRayne - movies don't play corrupt display - takes about 5 minutes to get a resolution to run. Once running works OK. Left the graphics of my stacks in the dock corrupted after leaving the game. A log out was require to fix this.
Fakk2 (Omni beta patch) - launches and plays intro movie but crashes with a bus error on loading first level.
Freecraft - crashes on launch
Flight Gear fails to launch - had to force quit
Giants - crashes on launch (credit IPY da Pinhead)
GL-117 crashes on launch
Indiana Jones - crashed on launch
Marathon Eternal - not supported on this architecture error
MTX runs OK but pressing "w" key pauses game - goes back to menu - should be the key for "accelerate".
Myth2 - ran fine but crashed on quitting
007 Nightfire - crashed on launch
NOLF - runs but objects and characters have no textures - they are just plain colours.
NOLF 2 - runs but weird rendering problems with long shapes coming out of weapons and other characters - not really playable. Crashes on Exiting " Omni Group Crash Catcher" which itself locks up and needs force quitting (Same as SOF2). May work on some NVIDIA cards?
Rally shift - no control of mouse cursor when entering menus. Can get it back by force quit key combination but it will force quit any applications left running in the background (I had text Edit and console open).
Rick Dangerous - can't find SDL library even after I reinstalled the latest version?
Rise of the Triad - quits on launch
SimCiy 4/Rush Hour - crashes after entering a city (Credit Atomic Glee)
Soldier of Fortune 2 - works OK but crashes on exit - have to force quit to get out.
Spy Hunter - Crashes on launch.
Star Trek EF Single Player says please insert the CD when it is in the drive already or crashes on launch with expansion CD in drive. Holomatch multiplayer works fine however.
StarWars Galactic Battlegrounds - Black screen on Intel Macs.
Tron 2 - crashed on launch
Tux Racer - crash on launch

Mattw, if you agree to keep updating your thread while it remains relevant, I will pin the topic to the top of the Mac OS Related forum. You can't keep editing your first post but I can. We can work it like this, you keep your list of what works and what doesn't up to date in a text editor file. Whenever you want to update the sticky with new information then send me a PM with the exact data copy-and-pasted from your text file. I'll edit your first post in this thread for you and overwrite the post with your new data.

Anyone want to start testing on Intel Macs?
UT2004 will NOT launch (dyld: Library not loaded: @executable_path/libSDL-1.2.0.dylib) on my Intel Mac with Leopard
EDIT: Prey and Quake 4 (Demo) are fine on Intel.
What does your Mac, PC or PlayStation 3 do all night?
It could be working on cures for cancer and Alzheimer's.
Play Quake Wars on Mac?

I made a post about it on MacRumors in the hope someone will come up with a fix, just like someone did with the multiplayer issue.
http://forums.macrum...ad.php?t=380537
If you are on Tiger you can get the Multiplayer fix from this link below.

Brad Oliver, on November 1st 2007, 11:59 PM, said:
Of the MacPlay games AvP2 (Single player), NOLF, NOLF 2 and TRON 2 all worked under Tiger for me (I can't say under 10.4.10 specifically as I hadn't launched them that recently). I'll get around to booting Tiger again at some point (probably when 10.4.11 is released) and I'll try to remember to test them all again. NOLF and NOLF 2 do still run but the graphics anomalies make them unplayable. I'm sure they would be fixable if MacPlay were still in the business. NOLF 2 in particular I initial though was OK as the scenery was rendered fine. It was only when I took out a weapon and when I then encountered other characters I realised something was wrong. It did also crash on exiting with the same error as Soldier Of Fortune 2:
Exception Type: EXC_BREAKPOINT (SIGTRAP)
TRON 2 gives a crash log that says: Exception Type: EXC_BAD_INSTRUCTION (SIGILL), Exception Codes: 0x0000000000000002, 0x00000000006b541c, Crashed Thread: 0
With Aliens Versus Predator 2 there is no log as I had to force quit as the screen just stayed black after the splash screen.
