Hi all,
is there any solution to run EA's Need for Speed Carbon with a native 16:10 resolution? Is there any hack for the Cider engine or config files? Does the game support 16:9 or 16:10 resolutions on Windows?

Any help would be much appreciated.

No solution: on the PC side, you actually have to hack the game to get widescreen support. There's no way to apply this hack on the ciderised version.

You could probably still apply it.

You'd maybe have to modify the cider configuration to run this thing instead of the game .exe, but it might work.

'Challenge Everything' is their motto for life, from the office to the 'pull' sign on the front door. Billy would have had wide-screen coded but he sat out there for days trying to push that door open before he drowned in his own drool. Bless his little heart. Gary Larson did some drawings of the place back before EA bought the school and all the students, and every time I see them I can't help but smile.
