It's a bundle of drivers for specific cards for specific OSes. Check out their homepage.

Well performance was still pretty much the same, and Rainbow Six Vegas is still performing terribly! (HDR off, lowest res, medium settings, tried lowest shadows but still nothing, vsync on tried off as well) And there seems to be no way to change the texture quality!

Pfffft at least Dynasty Warriors 4 runs 60 fps  :D .
