When Leopard launches this October I plan to release v3.0 of my IMG news widget. I know that quite a few of you have been using my 2.0 model, and I'm well aware of its shortcomings. However, I'd like to hear what everybody would like to see in the 3.0 release, as this one won't be so rushed and I'll have time to implement some extra handy features.
So far you can resize articles and adjust the size of the widget (which I realize is a bit buggy at times) – but what other features would you like/use? I'm going to start work on the widget in the next few weeks and it would be good to have a comprehensive list of everything I mean to implement before starting work.
For those of you who never got a hold of it, v2.0 of my IMG news widget can be found here. Post suggestions here or email them to jarrod at squarecrow dot com.

Can you add any forum functionality, or is that not possible without some kind of RSS feed to read off of? I'd love to be able to quickly see when people reply to my posts.

It might be possible. I'll look into it.

Would you be able to have the text more formatted to a nicer look? Also would you also be able to have images in the widget? Is Either of those ideas possible?
Liberator.
P.S. I also like what Quicksilver said.

It would really help me if I were able to resize the widget window both horizontally and vertically.

And if clicking on one of the corners made the widget exclaim, "FROG BLAST THE VENT CORE," that'd be great.

I was thinking more "all your base are belong to us" as an easter egg.
