It is extremely gratifying to me to see Marathon make it's way into something that can be considered more the mainstream. It is way overdue and the fact that it can be reintroduced 10 years down the line speaks to the solidness of the game.
PS: I recognize where each of the trailer segments were filmed. I guess that makes me a Marathon nerd.

Another ploy to sell big bucks consoles! And Wide screen LCD and Plasma TV's ! (just for the kiddy's) the old 25" color TV set is not good enough any more.
You are seeing the sellout of Mac PPC users, even with the paultry offering of Doom 3, (Oh! Wait what other games play better on consoles than your Mac PPC, do tell ! )
Marathon 2 Durandal on X-Box, the ultimate deal, at $34.95 maybe.

Mac gamers have had Marathon 2 for what - 11, 12 years now? This is one of the few instances where they were well ahead of the curve.

How are Mac users negatively affected at all?
More importantly: since you're so upset about it, what are you going to do to right the wrongs? Let's see your game.

Well at-least it looks VERY AWESOME still.
euch.. i agree, the new phor sprites are really ugly. Even the phor staff shot looks really lame. Also, you'd thank a decade later, they could at least add a couple more frames in between some of the animations to smooth it out just a little...? They've already bothered to redo (what looks like) just about every art asset in the game, why not add a few frames?

It does look really crappy, stupid and overall worse than Durandual not re-done and whatnot.

Surely Mike dosent have that kind of power!
And yeh the new sprites look fugly. It says in buck trailer that you can play it either in the classic style or with new HD graphics. I vote classic.

Impossible. Mike is just a regular forum member just like you. You are confusing Mike stealing your password with him deleting your account. Your old account is BBUCK and it is still alive and well, it doesn't appear that Mike hurt anything in it while he had it. I can give you a new password to it if you want. No sense throwing it away, besides, big mean me is not going to let you have two accounts!
It's using your foursouth email address, if you don't have access to that anymore to change your password on your own I can change it to the one you are using for your BLAKEBUCK2 account.
