Coming Soon.... VGP3 Oh Yeah!

Just wanted to let everyone know that VGP3 is being coded and tested at the moment. Oh yeah, there will be an official 2007 carset created by me also if anyone is interested. I'll keep this forum up-to-date.

It is still being produced at the moment. My Wife and Kids and I recently moved which made it hard to do any work on that 'fun stuff'. It's all work at this moment. But the next few weeks, well weekends, should provide some time.

Any date planned/expected/hoped for on a public beta, or demo of VGP3 ? Hell, or even screen shots ? I mean, how far along is the development ?

Unfortunately, the only real news I have for you is tht Paolo is hard at work coding. He recently grabbed the VGP3 domain name.Hopefully it wont be long before we have a site ready to go for the game. It was requested of me a few weeks ago if I would be able to start on a 2007 car pack for the game and, of course, I said yes. It would be an honor. I love VGP2. The sim and the arcade mode are great. So I am really excited to get to work.

As soon as I hear, or get ;) , anything i'll let you know.

Great, VGP2 was a hidden gem of the mac platform.

From the website it sounds interesting. Although I have a PPC Mac at present I hope it goes Universal Binary in the long run to keep it current. The other big thing will be having all the current tracks as they are today - VGP2 was lacking these and it is always nice to drive the track you just watched on TV!

Wow, nice. I'll try this when it arrives. Hopefully I can manage part of a lap before sliding hopelessly into a solid, immovable object like a wall or fences or a stack of tires etc.
