OK, so I got Age of Empires II for Christmas, which was nice, except I already have two copies and don't need a third.... I emailed a question about exchanging it (for AoE III of course), and got a prompt reply saying that it was fine as long as the box was unopened, and to let them know if I wanted to proceed. The box being in fact unopened, I said yes I did, and let me know the procedure. This time I didn't get a prompt reply. Ages pass...no response. Tried again...no response. So I'm trying this way. Presumably I need a RMA# or something, yes?

I think the store staff took a holiday this season... hehe. Please be patient, someone will get to you with the information. It's not in their best interest to simply ignore you! Plus, the store got slammed with orders this season... sort of like how amazon right now is a week slower than normal on processing stuff!
