For starters, the forum code has been updated to the next latest and greatest. Bah... bastards changed some things around and made stuff break!

Thats why it was down basically all day.

Anyhow, some things still linger, as I try to get them ironed out. For starters, this topic maker html layout coloring is ASS... ahem.

But anyhoo... more features to play with. Enjoy.

Meh... screw it. The blue is refreshing... plus they didnt make the editor skinable in the traditional sense... all the css and code is shared for all schemes. It's fine as is.

Because the same thing happened that always happens when the forums are updated. Just go to your prefs and click "save changes" (no need to actually change anything).

This is great! Picture, link, italic, etc. buttons on fast reply/quick edit, and you can mark a forum as read without reloading the freakin' page for EVERY CLICK!

I may work on the blueish text editor stuff... its sort of a 'packaged deal' in this forum version (thus why none of the color changes seemed to have crossed over into it like with the new friend lists and assistant windows which were all different colors). The blue is only seen for people who allow javascripting (advanced). I wonder what it looks like for those who have crappy browsers... hmm. Do I care about them!? HEHEHEH!

I'm sure we can turn some of the new features off if people REALLY hate them and sign a petition ;)

I was just wondering those 'rate members with comments' stuff where hacks/mods before, if you wanted them you installed them.
If not...... Now some are apparently build in.

A list of the *new* features for people not familiar with IPB 2.2.x would be nice.
Now lots of us are guessing. Then a poll would be nice.

So this blue is no longer an image you can change?
Hate the ipb default blue. Looks like crap on Monday morning.

The blue background is partially an image, and partially a shared css file. Then all the graphical 'buttons' are images as well. Its a lot to change in just an hour, so it will take me some time.

As for new features... the ONLY features I have added to the stock code (other than the obvious skin colors), are:
• The ability to link your IMG Pro account to your forum account
• IMG News are posted as new topics in the News forum
• Special 'pips' for special admins/moderators (like tBC and I have the 5 stars graphic under our avatar, and the Pimpbot has the 5 IMG logos)

Thats it. The rest is IPS created and added. I try not to adjust much of the code, because IPS are usually screwin with their code and breaking things I have made ;)
