As the old adage says, "There but by the grace of God go I."   I'm glad my resistance to RPG was high at the time this first shipped.  Now that I've seen how WoW hijacks lives, and me with a potential RPG addiction... I'm grateful I can whiz whenever I need to, eat regular meals and enjoy my family.

Reading comprehension 101....  ;)  And absolutely NONE of those 7 million are me.  Not even one.  C'mon, release Starcraft 2 already!

Amen. *shakes fist* Damn you Blizzard!

I remember the same feeling of disappointment after they had announced that Warcraft Adventures had been cancelled. I still don't understand why. I'm pretty sure both would have sold well.

It's kinda funny how everybody seems to want to post an opinion on WoW and then to claim that they're not even playing it...

I'm playing it, yes and I still have a family life (no kids though). And I don't believe that 5 million subs are in Asia. Why is everybody so deadset against this game? Just wondering...  ;)

Who besides tBC has been dead-set against WoW in this thread? (And his post was more about himself than the game.)

But since you asked, I don't play WoW because I've watched other people play and it looks too much like work.

I want to get addicted to Starcraft Ghost, not WoW. :(
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

I don't play WoW because I wasn't impressed playing it for 6 hours.

They did, though they might not even bring it to them, I think it has been canceled altogether. :(
