Black Cat Games has announced that Alien Swarm 1.3 and the all new Telic Campaign expansion pack will be released this Friday, December 16, 2005. The latest version of Alien Swarm includes enhancements to exsisting maps, bugfixes, and balancing issues. Furthermore, the Telic Campaign features new missions and an expanded Alien Swarm universe.

The Telic Campaign is an unofficial expansion pack for Alien Swarm that brings eight new, unique missions in the form of a complete campaign. In addition to the maps, Telic expands the Alien Swarm universe with new weapons, extra items, more dangerous enemies, original mission objectives and various modifications to the standard game rules.

Alien Swarm is a popular overhead view tactical shooter mod for Unreal Tournament 2004. Also, their are new screenshots and manual of the Telic Campaign expansion pack now available.
