"Permalight," the newish album by Rogue Wave. There's a song on there called "we will make a song destroy" and it kinda does.

When there's a multiplayer version, I'm going to be on Frost's team. Well, except he doesn't seem to actually need a team...I mean, what's the point? "Hey look, it's Frost and His Merry Gang of Useless Hangers-On!" Or something.

IMO, one of the very best LPs ever recorded, & I don't just mean from the Stones catalogue. In fact, I couldn't speak too highly of it - ditto "Let It Bleed", "Sticky Fingers", "Exile on Main Street" & Goat's Head Soup".

Right now listening to the newly-released, 3rd album from Arcade Fire (easily one of the better bands of the last decade). A taster linked:

Hmmm, those LP's are pretty darn good. Also from what I was able to hear from Arcade Fire sounded pretty good too.

Bringing in the new year listening to Shiny Toy Guns' remake of one of my favorite songs, Peter Schilling's Major Tom (Coming Home).
