If so, check out AppleCrypt Mods. We simply try to find all the best mods & single player maps for various fps games like BF1942, Doom3, Quake4, CoD, DF-BHD, AvP2, SoF2, UT2004, etc, etc.. Of course, I've no Intel Mac so the newer games aren't supported. Last count, there's almost 70GB of files to download. All freeware.
Why have I never seen this thread before? doh !
Thanks, Strider.

Watching free projects like that Battlestar FS2 mod makes me generally happy and hopeful, that gamedevelopment can be achieved using free methods.
much like moviemaking.

[Edit - Carl, I've disguised your email address a little in case you don't come back, but you should change this message to ask people to PM you instead. Posting your email address is just begging for spam. At least make your email address available in your preferences. Your email address is protected from view from anybody emailing you from IMG, people enter their message to you in a form, never seeing your address. - tBC]

Does anyone know the name of that game, I think it was announced within the year. I wanna say it's some sort of student design project. It looked like a platformer. The graphics were unique, the foreground was usually different shades of black with the background usually being different shades of another color. It was a sidescroller too. The thing you control looked like a little ball.
I think it's in a beta phase now. I remember seeing it a few months ago and I can't remember anything about it. Google isn't too helpful if you have no idea what to search for =/.
Thanks!
