Interesting.  They sent you the same link I did for the dev OpenAL libraries.

It is good to know that our friends at Freeverse frequent this site.

I wish there were more companies like them and ASPYR who actually were a part of the gaming community.

Thanks all! I'll install the OpenAL file and see if it helps. Interesting, I took another look at the system requirements on the package and it mentions no MacOS requirement. That seems really odd to me. Apparently if you own a 1.25 Ghz or faster G4 your set. Not! :P

Quick question about upgrading OpenAL... If I install this file, am I installing it into the game or into my MacOS? And if I install into my MacOS am I possibly setting myself up for other problems?

Update:
Yesterday I installed the OpenAL download. As described by the readme it is placed in the game application replacing the original Open AL framework (that I made a copy of), so there is no alteration to your MacOS. Initial results are good as I spent about 45 minutes futzing with the tutorial and no crashes! Hopefully this continues. :)

I just downloaded the demo....It asks me for a registration code which it doesent include in the readme or manual.

Is there a standard registration code I should be using?

Sabbah, I believe you can just play without entering a code.

It demands a registration code. I downloaded the game patch 1.4.2 prior to attampting to play it. That may have caused the problem.
