Here is an article that says it uses Havok.  :(

On another note I would like to see Knights of the Old Republic II and Rome: Total war, even though they probably wouldn't run on my eMac.

I have also been keeping my eye on The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion.  If it doesn't come out on the Mac I guess I'll have to buy an Xbox 360

Yeah, but filling out a request would probably have more effect.

Well, if you fill out the form for a game, and it gets ported, I'll give you 5 Battle cat Dollars.

Rock on. No Havok; already has an OpenGL renderer.

But I think we should stick to recommending games that use existingly ported engines, or games that will be using the Doom 3 engine.

Quake IV and Enemy Territory: Quake Wars seem like the two candidates, which both use the D3 engine. Quake IV is like a hybrid between Halo 2 and Doom 3; Enemy Territory: Quake Wars is like Battlefield 2, with the Quake theme.

How about we add a poll, so games can gain momentum and people can comprimise instead of everybody suggesting their pet game.

For Unreal Engine 3, if that does end up getting ported to the Mac as is currently planned, I'd suggest Huxley, which is an MMOFPS, and Unreal Tournament 2007.

Oh, and BF2 uses Havok. Just thought I'd interject that fact.

I would request any of the Metal Gear Solid games, but Konami has never licensed their titles to anyone, despite numerous interested parties over the years; they very likely have a "no licensing, no way" policy.

I think it was at least announced at one point that it was going to be so. Perhaps Aspyr persuaded them otherwise. ;)

In that case, BF2, BF2, BF2.

Seeing as how the topic is 'what game would you like to see next' rather than 'what game is likey to be next':
I vote for Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion!
Sure, it uses Havoc. Sure, Bethesda has ZERO interest of seeing it on a Mac. Sure, it will probably be as bug-a-licious as TES3 Morrowind. But still it is what I'd like to see next.

I want Half Life 2! *avoids flying cream pies from certain people* [/joke] That would rock though if it was going to be ported but it's probably not going to happen until a million years, or something traumatic and Pro-Mac-tic happened to that Gabe guy.

Personally, I'd like to see Morrowind. As mentioned in the past, we're getting Fable so I can't wait to see that released.

Not sure why everybody is completely hung up about "no Havok" when Macsoft interviewed a few months ago stated they felt confident they could get a port for it when/if a title they requested needed it.
