New graphics drivers in 10.4.2

I see new graphics drivers listed in the changes for 10.4.2. Now that it's out, anyone got any details of gaming effects?

guess I'll go try out those slow bits of KotOR, just for fun.
I left my heart in Port Montyhaul.

Las I heard 10.4.2 wasn't going to fix the VBO issues but instead fix the crashing that occurs on the unknown planet's beach when using ATI cards.
Dual 2.5 GHz G5-RADEON X800 -4 GB RAM-Revo 7.1
MBP 2.0GHz -Mobility RADEON X1600-2 GB RAM

VBO=mighty annoying
crashing=game stopping

so, better than nothing, I guess.

Actually, you have no clue how much I paid for my stuff.  Let's just say your 1/4 of the price is off.

Plus, my G5 runs OS X.  Your Xbox doesn't.  I also have an Xbox.  I bought the Xbox version of KotOR on a preorder and received it before it arrived in stores.

By the way I also pre ordered my KotOR and George Lucas brought it to me along with a Pizza! :P

well, I'm getting better performance in WoW then I was before. Haven't tested anything else though.

OK, so, consensus opinion: does this patch make Tiger stable/app friendly-enough to leave the comfortable domain of 10.3.9?
