I got my copy of OIF this week and can not get it to run with OS 10.3.6, G4/OWC 1.2Gh CPU, 832 MB memory and a nVidia GeForce4 MX video card.  It appears that the game is trying to reset the monitor.  The screen turns black.  I tried different monitor settings but no luck.

Jeff was going to ask the programers to look into the situation.

I have been looking forward to this game for years.  What a bummer.  I have always thought the Hornet was the best flight sim.

Sadly, this is only the start of you troubles with FA-18.

Make sure you are checking a resolution that your monitor accepts natively.

I came to this forum to find out why FA-18 keeps killing my dock, and to find out why it cant see my Joystick, and to find out why the sound is so crackly.... etc etc etc....

I have ALWAYS been a huge fan of FA-18 and have owned every iteration of the game.... Sad to see that some of the legacy problems with the programming made it into the OS version.
