Hi, I just a got a copy of Myst IV. I didn't read the fine print on the requirements box. And I just found out that the game does not support my mac (a laptop). There are clipping elements in the gameplay itself when I turn around the view point.

My hardware:

TiBook 800Mhz

Is there any software fix for this?

Or do I have to wait till I get a new desktop mac to play this game?

hmm I also have a graphic problem which hopefully has a software fix... running the eMac below... I've been told my graphic card is a Radeon 7500 but the System Profiler won't tell me... there large polygons of random colours where certain textures should appear and Spire is unplayable...

The eMac does have a Radeon7500. The powerbook listed in your sig has a 9600, which would probably handle things better.
