Hello

I have problems with Total Immersion Racing. During
the game the error message appers (ICX error of type
23) and the game aborts. Can you tell me what to do
with it?

My computer is iMac G4 (800mhz, 512mb, 32mb video
memory, Mac OS 9.2.2/10.1)

Thank you in advance

Please contact support at tirsupport AT zonic.co.uk and we'll take a look. If you could include a full ASP/game report (generated from the startup dialog) then that would be very useful.

I can't even play this game, crashes all the time. Most unstable game I have ever played. Sort of gave up on it, sorry to say.

I'm afraid I can't find any tickets containing "robbr" in our support system, so if you have reported a problem it looks like we didn't receive it.

Unfortunately Apple don't pass crash logs on to 3rd party developers, so if you're having problems you do need to let us know if they're to be looked at for a patch.

Thanks, would a crash log help in finding out what causes the crashes?

Yes, definitely - if we can't find a way to reproduce a problem on one of our machines, the information in your ASP report (and most importantly the crash log) is really the best tool we have to debug it.

Our standard page about what kind of info we need is here, and if you can send it to the above address it'll get assigned to someone to look at - thanks.
