Notice the gains in speed afforded by the built-in CrossFire connection on the new Mac Pro:

I included an illustration of the gains using CrossFire with dual R9 270s on a 2010 Mac Pro tower.

Very nice! Hopefully OSX Crossfire support will be along before too long.

When there's a multiplayer version, I'm going to be on Frost's team. Well, except he doesn't seem to actually need a team...I mean, what's the point? "Hey look, it's Frost and His Merry Gang of Useless Hangers-On!" Or something.

It's strange how much of a performance boost Diablo 3 got with Crossfire enabled. 53 fps on the nMP with 1xD500, and then 130 fps with 2xD500. That's more then a 2x performance increase.

Typically you're looking at getting 1.5-1.8x the performance of single card when your have SLI or Xfire enabled.

I guess you could say Diablo 3... <puts on sunglasses> ... plays well with others.

Should have an 8-core nMP with D700s in the lab by Tuesday. I plan to install Windows in a Boot Camp partition to see how the D700s perform in CrossFire mode.
