I'll never own one of these.

I suppose anyone with that kind of money to spend wouldn't have a problem adding an external TB3 GPU enclosure, etc. later. After all, it's only money.

All in one machines have there own advantages but a traditional well ventilated case with upgradable components does too.

Even the RAM isn't upgradable, and you'd like to change the GPU? Good joke, you're a funny guy.

Keep in mind that the $4000 for that custom build doesn't include a 5K display with P3 colour, which is going to add at least another $1000. Obviously you can shave some dollars off of the price with a non-workstation GPU, but as the iMac Pro is a workstation computers, it kind of needs the workstation GPU in order to be certified for various pro applications.

The RAM is upgradable if you take it to an authorized service center. But then you’re paying Apple RAM prices.

It is an annoying upgrade due to the glue, but you can definitely do the RAM upgrade yourself.

Here's IMHO a better example: a good mechanic can replace a car's engine; that doesn't make it upgradeable either.

I think I should have emphasized I meant "normal" user upgradeable, no warranty voiding.

Oh, and don't forget the universal adjusting tool and a small container to store the parts left over after, that you can't remember where they came from. As long as it boots when you're done, those superfluous parts can be stored for a rainy day or future upgrade possibly.

That's a great idea! My vote is for Frost to host so we can all partake in the sport of shooting the guy he's had a problem with and then after we can turn on each other or maybe team deathmatch if everybody shows up.
By the way, I'm on Frost's team because I want to be alive to return home after.

I'm calling BS on this. The chances of you showing up for a game you promised to join is about the same as you showing up for a game you promised to join. You just want to see everybody die is all. Oh and save me a seat, I'll bring popcorn.

I have enough to arm 7 people adequately plus myself, or 12 if we make it stretch and only give edged weapons to the people we know are going to suck. Anybody more than that and the IRL team deatchmatch with be BYOG.
I've got the perfect place nearby to do it too. TWO MEN ENTER, ONE MAN LEAVES.

When there's a multiplayer version, I'm going to be on Frost's team. Well, except he doesn't seem to actually need a team...I mean, what's the point? "Hey look, it's Frost and His Merry Gang of Useless Hangers-On!" Or something.
