They are apparently getting rid of the remaining stock. The controller is no longer being produced.

That was about clear, wondering however if they make a V2 or just focus on Index. Anyway, the 2 of those + P&P were cheaper than the last (new/ near mint) orignal 360-PC controller I bought earlier this year. :D

But one guy on Steam wrote the rubberstick on the Steam Controller lastet only 800 hrs. That's just my Borderlands 2 and Fallout 4 playtime combined. Yikes!

well, we'll see.

I figured if they were going to replace it with a version 2 they’d wait to release that before end of lifting it. This looks more like a Steam Link situation.

I ordered one. But certainly not for playing games like Borderlands or Fallout.

I just mentioned these because since 800hrs is not that much. 4 to 8 games maybe.

Even more in the light of that I am still using my first 360-PC controller that is from 2010 or something. I only recently replaced the rubber sticks in Summer and and since I had an add. 500+ hrs I put into AC Origin + Odyseey (150+350) using it.
It probably has a few thousand hours on it. Just talking about build quality, here.

Well, let's hope for the best that Frigidman™ isn't right. :D
