I am super cooperative, sharing any and all, and will listen to anyone who has the best plan for a particular battle.  I will revive you even at the cost of my life.
I can confirm that.

For FPS to interest me these days it has to be story-based...can't think of any good story-based co-operative FPS games off the top of my head.
One of most recent releases that fits that bill almost perfectly would be Halo MCC. Well, Halo: Reach, as it's so far the only one of the bunch available for PC.

But with some leeway on what you consider "story-based", all the Borderlands or Shadow Warrior 2 would also qualify. Or Destiny 2, if you only play the campaign missions.

I would like to see Metro Exodus, The Outer Worlds, Wolfenstein: The New Order, Wolfenstein: The Old Blood, Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, Dying Light 2, Halo: The Master Chief Collection and Halo Infinite (and Deus Ex Human Revolution, Bioshock Infinite and Bioshock 2 remastered for Catalina). :)
You are a modest man with modest wishes.

Yakuza Zero. Or Kiwami. Or Kiwami 2. Or pretty much any other game of that series.

Bootcamp just uses normal PC graphics drivers, so sure it will work. MacOS...I wouldn't count on it. The number of Macs that could effectively use it would be minuscule.
Metal actually has already support for hardware accelerated raytracing. If future AMD GPUs with dedicated raytracing features would be fully supported is of course a question of whether or not these features get properly implemented in the drivers.
