Not really. Aside from very specific low-level optimisations and a couple of caveats, the CPU architecture plays no longer that much of a role. The effort is probably about the same. Biggest issue will be – as usual – middleware and third-party libraries.

Well, I mean, I don't think even Gearbox had any plans for upcoming patches, but there goes any chance of an Arm port. First confirmed victim of the inevitable Armocalypse?
