Hello everyone,
I want to remove an APFS volume from my Macintosh HD, but I am afraid to do because of the data loss issue. If anyone faces the data loss problem?

How to safely remove an APFS partition?

A physical volume can be formatted as APFS with multiple APFS containers. APFS containers are similar to traditional logical partitions, in that they are presented to the user as independent volumes (like on HFS+). However they share the physical device free space vs. an HFS+ partition which requires logical partitioning of the free space. e.g. a 1TB drive could have 3 APFS containers sharing the same 1TB free space but under HFS+ you would have to split into three 340GB partitions.
If you do not have any data in the APFS container you desire to remove it can be removed without fear of data loss.
