This one took me by surprise.  I'm looking forward to it but it has been so long that I forgot about it!  This was a groundbreaking game and I am going to pick this one up when it goes on sale.  Yes, I am a bargain hunter, like my father before me.

It's looking great, and I'm glad I backed it. DF seemed to have dodged a bullet, though, by being bought by Microsoft. Originally, they had to remove the boss fights. Like Broken Age, the money they asked for was clearly not enough.

True. But they've been dodging bullets from the start. From their blog commemorating 20 years:
