We are now looking for a METAL COMPUTER AND OPENCL SOFTWARE ENGINEER - MAC
What you’ll be doing:
Work within a team of exceptional and passionate engineers to implement and extend Metal Compute and OpenCL
What we need to see:
BS or higher degree in Computer Science, or related degree.
3 years+ experience using OpenCL
Thorough knowledge of C/C++ required
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Strong architectural and design skills
Experience with driver development and kernel side development
Experience with OSX and/or Linux operating systems
Experience with complex debugging is invaluable

While it is understood that NVIDIA's presence in Mac computers for gaming or anything won't be in full swing anytime soon, Apple—save for their complete enthusiasm for all things iOS—won't be in full swing in desktop, desktop gaming or the server market (how's your XServe doing?) anytime soon, either. If you're interested in the latest AMD or NVIDIA offerings be sure to peruse macvidcards.com to see if they offer flashing services for the card you're interested in. I'll be settling for NVIDIA's Web Drivers as I hold my breath long enough for someone to fill this position, make GTX1080-capable macOS drivers and unicorns learn to balance Chinaware on their horns.
