I was thinking what kind of MMO Starcraft would be. When I though of it being in the first person I thought it would be a great idea with a little work put into it. I was playing Quake 4 the other day and I realized that it too would put a great spin on things. I came to the general conclusion that I was really in the mood for a great  Sci - Fi FPS RPG MMO. So do you guys know of any out there already or any in the future?

Sony's Planetside is the only FPS with scifi and RPG elements that I'm aware of.

Neocron (Pc)

Huxley (pc-not out yet)

Its not an mmo, but...

Rage (id software  - not out yet - mac/pc/console)

short of cider, macs may not see fallout 3, but Rage could make that a non-issue...

actually I have Windows XP. It'll be installed as soon as I back up my computer on the portable hard drive I've ordered, so let loose.

Edit: Huxley, Rage and Neocron look right up my alley. Not enough gameplay footage and since I don't have windows yet, I can't download the demos.

I played it for 18months, my longest MMO to date.

Lost Colony looks good, but again, not enough info on the site. I'll try almost all of these anyways.

I had no idea there would be so many in tis genre! I just wish there were demos out for them.
