Sadly this forum, or should I say native-mac-gaming is nearly dead...so there will be no reaction...
so I am still waiting to get a cracked executable for rage...sad but otherwise I see no chance of getting it working...
i dont know what is apple doing with all the cash and marketing power ...
with they pushing hard on apple metal 2 it could be huge
even that sonic racing on apple arcade are a lame subpar mobile port version comparing with console, after all these years their effort toward mac & ios gaming are still like that
they cant even properly support an elite 2 controller while they advertising connect your controller ... lol so lame .... i bought it instantly while it was released sole purpose was for apple arcade

When I saw someone had posted in this topic I immediately became exited. I thought maybe Aspyr suddenly released a 64-bit version of Rage on the Mac App Store out of nowhere. I knew my hopes were way too high. It's no good news at all, but terrible news. Rage is a game I'd really want to play, but as it's no longer available on the Mac App Store there's no more way to legally purchase this game. Brand-new, sealed copies are still for sale on eBay for just a few Dollar/Pound/Euro, so just buying the game on DVD on eBay would've been the perfect solution to my problem. However, I also didn't know Aspyr used online activation for their disc-based releases. The pictures on eBay do indeed show the text "RAGE Campaign Edition requires an online connection for activation." Such a letdown. What a disappointment. When you buy a game you should always be able to just install and play it, instead of developers and publishers having control over the game you've bought.
maybe we should just start tweeting to feral interactive to plead them to port over rage 2
