More importantly, that rule is irrelevant for what the app does. The IAP-purchase rules are *only* for iOS content. Did you make this point?
The conversation ended shortly after when it was clear an idiot was representing apple. They ended it with "make a formal appeal".
And yes, we made it clear that there is no iOS apps being bought, and no in-app content being purchased, nor any in-app services. There was nothing in-app about anything regarding the purchases. Its a tool for the web store to buy games for your real computer.
Still didn't seem to make any sense to the apple rep.
