'Delightful Goon Squad Coming To Town'

Possibly, 'LEGO The Incredibles'.
Those glasses sure do look like Harry Potter.. But LEGO Harry Potter doesn't seem to be a big thing anymore, does it?
Possibly a 64bit/Metal remaster of the older feral-ported LEGO Harry Potter titles?
Devices I play games on:

MacBook Pro (13-inch, Late 2016, 4 TBT3) — 3.1 GHz i5-6287U | Iris 550 | 16 GB RAM | 512 GB Flash | Space Gray
iMac (27-inch, Late 2012) — 3.4 GHz i7-3770 | GTX 680MX | 8 GB RAM | 1 TB Fusion Drive
iMac (Flat Panel) — 700 MHz PPC 7450 (G4) | GeForce2 MX | 640 MB RAM | 40 GB HDD
iMac (5 Flavors) — 333 MHz PPC 750 (G3) | ATI Rage Pro | 512 MB RAM | 6 GB HDD | Tangerine

iPhone X — 256 GB | Silver
iPhone 5s — 32 GB | Space Gray
iPad Pro (10.5-inch) — 256 GB | Space Gray
iPad Air 2 — 64 GB | Space Gray
iPad — 16 GB
iPod touch (3rd generation) — 32 GB
iPod touch — 8 GB

There is indeed a 'LEGO Harry Potter' Remaster coming to XBOX One and Nintendo Switch, it was only available for PS4 until now.

Somehow I connected the glasses with the masks the Incredibles wear, Edna Mode's glasses and the Screenslaver's goggles.

Digging around I found that 'A Visit from the Goon Squad' is a prize-winning anthology by Jennifer Egan centred around a character named Salazar. So...a Pirates of the Caribbean (i.e. Dead Men Tell No Tales) angle? Does that even have games these days? No idea what the spectacles connection is....

Salazar Slytherin is a notable Harry Potter character so confirmed I suppose.
Maybe it really is all cocks in the end.

My GOG name is ipickert55, feel free to add me!

There's not even a Windows version of the LEGO Harry Potter Remaster, nor any announcements for it.
A 64-bit & Metal update makes sense, but Feral usually doesn't put those up on the radar.

Although these glasses are in fact supposed to be Harry Potter glasses (see here), I think Feral did intend to allude to Edna Mode's glasses.

The line "We are the goon squad and we're coming to town" can be found in the lyrics of a David Bowie song called "Fashion". The French word for fashion? Mode.

"We do what we must, because we can."
"Gaming on a Mac is like women on the internet." — "Highly common and totally awesome?"

Sorry for the late reply. I was very busy, because I lived abroad and now moved back to my own country.

What game are we talking about here? I googled various phrases (Aurora Borealis, The Norther Lights, etc) and found nothing.

Feral could also be working on the new  Hitman and Tom Raider.

I was indeed talking about Generation Zero which Janichsan mentioned.

The new Hitman and Tomb Raider would definitely be nice. It's just such a shame the latest Hitman is only available on Steam and not on the Mac App Store. I don't use Steam and always buy my games on the Mac App Store. I've always enjoyed the Hitman games, so missing out on this newest game is a real shame.

I guess you mean Avalanche Studios' Generation Zero. That would be a bit premature, as that game doesn't even have a release date.

But we all know of course that the "Borealis" is the ill-fated research vessel from Aperture Science. The same stock photo of the birds is also on the cover of a book called "Anatomy of Failure".

So…

Half-Life 3 confirmed.

I didn't even know Generation Zero doesn't have a release date yet. It was just the first thing that came to my mind.

Nice theory about Half Life 3. :P

Ah, you northern hemisphere types. Don't forget the Aurora Australis too!

(not that it necessarily helps us here. G'day.)

I do know about the Aurora Australis, but could think of a way to relate it to a game. Also, those birds look like the Arctic Terns we've got up here in the North, but I don't know about similar-looking birds in the South.

Another Feral announcement, 'Life Is Strange 2' will be coming to the Mac (and Linux) some time in 2019, I guess when Season 2 is complete.
That was the 'Aurora' blip on the radar.

Nice. :)

*groan*

I just wanted to write that I have been trying to wrap my head around that teaser for months now without success, when I reminded myself that the picture is the cover of a book called "Escaping the Delta".

Subject Delta.

Bioshock 2 Remastered.

*facepalm*

The embarrassing thing is that we had this clue right from the beginning

*shrug* Five minutes on Google and remembering that this line sounds so familiar because the song is in my music library.

Feral keeps updating their library to 64-bit & Metal...
'Medieval II: Total War' just got the Metal and 64-bit treatment on Steam and the Mac App Store.

Apparently not. At least I can't find anything.

The system requirements for Total Wahwahhammer 2 are out:

To play WARHAMMER II on macOS, you will need macOS 10.14, a 2.0GHz Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB RAM and a 2GB Nvidia GeForce GTX 680 MX, 2GB AMD R9 M290 or 1.5 Intel Iris Graphics 540 graphics card or better. The game is supported on all these Macs:
  • All 13" MacBook Pros released since 2016
  • All 15" MacBook Pros released since Late 2013 with a 2.3GHz processor or better
  • All 21.5" iMacs released since Late 2017
  • All 27" iMacs released since Late 2013 with a 2GB graphics card or better
    • Late 2012 models with a 2GB Nvidia GeForce GTX 680MX graphics card are also supported)
  • All 27" iMac Pros released since Late 2017
  • All Mac Pros released since Late 2013
