I think I'll wait until duke hits 5$ on sale. Given the 'rage' reviews it has received, I assume it won't take that long. Also, I'm currently going through Half-Life 1 for the first time, and I don't think I've gone through more than 15-20% until now.
And now, time for some Legend of Zelda.

Just saying. You guys really need to watch MGS as well for deals.
And Duke Nukem Forever needs to be 'free with some other game purchase' before I bother getting it

And good point fridigman .. MGS does have good deals too and would be good to help support our favourite Mac Gaming site. Is there a page for specials on the MGS ? Couldn't easily find one when having a look now.

Valve is presenting Portal as a way for kids to learn about physics and to get into game programming.
Download it before next Tuesday, and it's your's to keep.

And actually, no, they don't. "Speedy thing goes in, speedy thing goes out." Forgot? And if you are referring to the fact that objects falling into a portal instantly appear to change their direction of movement: that part of the conservation of linear momentum is only true when the space is homogenic - which it isn't due to the portals.
If you mean the conservation of energy on the other hand - well, that is a completely different story.
