Hi all,

I stumbled across this deal on GameAgent. It looks sufficiently Rochard-ish but different to catch my eye. Has anyone played it with a Bluetooth PS3 controller on their Mac? I cannot seem to find any hard info on controller support for this title, and it seems like a good fit for a controller.

It is def. played better with a controller. But I cannot get it to work with my X360 controller under OS X 10.10.

That's a drag! I half-impulse-bought it last night, so I will report back as soon as I get a chance to try it out (with my PS3 controller).

My report: my PS3 controller (under OS 10.10.2) works perfectly, except for aiming (right stick), which is a complete disaster. I can only aim left or right, which at first I assumed was all one COULD do. Aiming can be assigned to the mouse or cursor keys instead, but this is rather clumsy with a gamepad in both hands. I am going to ask the developers nicely for advice, although Google tells me this is a common problem across controllers.

Regarding your Xbox controller, mindnoise, I had come across some reference to the drivers moving elsewhere, so perhaps they need to be updated? I think this is the new place: https://github.com/d235j/360Controller

Update: Never could get the Mac App Store version working properly. So I complained to their support team, and asked for a Steam key. It took a couple of weeks, but they did send me one! The Steam version has been updated more recently, and there is now a "PS" or "Xbox" option for aiming. My PS3 controller works almost perfectly now. The only problem is menus, especially ones with lots of sub-menus, for which one has to use the mouse. But in-game, no problems so far. And I am actually enjoying playing it, for the first time.
