While I'd lovelovelove a chance to finally get the full Modern Warfare franchise on Mac (CoD4 still gets some play time), cross-platform multiplayer is a make-or-break factor for me. Call Of Duty's staying power is built on its multiplayer experience, and the only reason I still get as much milage out of CoD4 as I do is that I can play with such a big pool of players. I really dislike this turn towards mac-to-mac only multiplayer that the big porting houses have taken.

I can promise that if Mac-PC multiplayer is even remotely possible, it will be in our games...period.  I'm certain that Feral feels the same way about their efforts.

I'm not sure if I've played any of Feral's ports, but I've always been very happy with Aspyr's. I know there's a ton of stupid legal reasons behind some decisions, too, so I'm not blaming the porting houses. I just can't buy a game like Black Ops for Mac when the multiplayer has been so severely gimped, no matter who's the blame.

Could you try to update your dead with Activision regarding Black Ops Multiplayer than? Classic MP has usualy ≤ 100 players. Not Goood :-( Zombies are ghost town almost every time I try to play it. Multiplayer DLCs are practicaly worthless if you don't have friends who have them.

It was removed because it's 32-bit only.

Nope. FWIW, Black Ops 3 runs a lot smoother than MW2 or 3 do on my setup. I know, weird.
