Nice. I have several other huge RPGs to finish before I buy this, but I canít wait to do so. The praise has been though the roof.

Ah, cool. I was unaware this was coming to Macs.
You must gather your party before venturing forth.

Oh crap. This game is news to me and while the video review I just watched has me very intrigued it also reminds me of the lack of [spare] time I have. Considering their macOS System Requirements it appears they actually did their homework on Apple hardware—how many times haven't we seen some sort of "DirectX 9 compatible video card" under macOS System Requirements.

Sweet. I want to support this kind of effort, but considering I am on the verge of giving up Divinity Original Sin 2 without finishing, starting another RPG would be madness..

Man—this game is a freakin' head trip. While "labor of love" is a relative intangibility I'd easily classify this as that to anyone asking.

As part of their Great Internationale Announcement/adding more languages announcement ZA/UM have announced lower system requirements for PC and Macs along with a 1.1GB update [that] they're calling their Working Class Update!

New Mac minimum:

  • iMac: from late 2009
  • Mac Pro: from late 2008
  • Mac mini: from 2009

I started playing this game this weekend. Fantastic game so far (around 2 hours in) and the relatively short time commitment (like 15-25 hours to beat it) was a BIG draw for me. I just don't have a ton of time for many games these days so starting a 100 hour epic just isn't feasible.

Runs great on my 16" Macbook Pro, but I wish they had options to set a framerate limit. This type of game really doesn't need any more then 30 fps so it would be nice to cap the framerate to keep fan noise down a bit.

I bought it on Steam and am playing it in macOS. It is around 25% cheaper on Steam compared to the Mac App Store in my region (Canada).
