Apparently SS3 is in trouble. They lost their publisher and can't find another. People have been let go.
Sorry to hear that. The legacy of Looking Glass Studios lives on...

DoubleFine is still working on Psychonauts 2, thankfully, but they recently announced they are joining XBox Game Studios. Keeping the lights on isn't easy..

Turns out I had a Kentucky Route Zero steam key from an old Humble Bundle. Not sure when I'll get to it, but knowing it wasn't done held me back earlier.

(Thinking about that reminded me to check up on Psychonauts 2. Any discussion probably belongs in a different forum, but it does seem to be progressing still.)

But for today the release of Kentucky Route Zero Act V must suffice :)
Hey, they finished it. Good for them!

Shame on you for hijacking a thread though. :-)

Not to be confused with System Shock 3, which is also being worked on (by Warren Spector!) https://otherside-e....system-shock-3/

In Topic: Rocket League: Ending support for Mac and Linux

We want Rocket League to be the best experience possible for all our players. This includes adapting to use new technologies. This has made it more difficult to support macOS and Linux (SteamOS). Because of this, we will have a final patch for these versions in early March.

"We want Rocket League to be the best experience possible for all our players, so we are reducing the number of players. The remaining players will therefore have a better experience.

Eventually we will have an absolutely perfect experience, and just one player."
