In World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade from Blizzard Entertainment the scattered wastes of Outland are all that remain of Draenor, the once beautiful homeworld of the orcs. Following the Second War, the Alliance invaded Draenor by crossing through the Dark Portal. To their horror, they discovered that Ner'zhul - the dark warlord of Horde - had constructed a series of new gateways that could lead the beaten Horde to newer, unspoiled worlds. As the Alliance forces closed in around him, Ner'zhul opened his gateways as a means of escape. However, the gateways' clashing energies resulted in a catastrophic explosion that ultimately ripped the world of Draenor apart.

Leave it to the horde to blow up a world. ;)

Since January there's been a popular subject title in my inbox and it features World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade from Blizzard Entertainment. It's no secret that I am a fan of this title and any opportunity to return to its realm is fine with me. So, this week we venture to the Outland to honor a user specific request. This wallpaper features the two new races clashing in the new world and was made possible by Blizzard Entertainment. I simply entitled this selection, "Outland", and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did making it. :)

Everyone be sure to keep those requests coming in.

Until then...
